Our prices are very competitive, we are always up front and honest when quoting. If a job requires extra parts or materials we will discuss it with you before continuing work, to make sure you are fully informed about any extra costs. For a free estimate or comprehensive quote, please contact us.
All prices given for estimates & quotations will be subject to VAT at the
current rate.
We make things a little easier when it comes to payment. We accept all
major credit & debit cards. Our other payment options are by cash, guaranteed cheque
or bank transfer with details on our invoice.
Terms & Conditions
We are now pleased to offer our service either on a half or full
day basis excluding emergency works. We would appreciate that you abide by our strict terms &
conditions as set out below:-
- Our full working day is from 08.00 - 17.00 with a 1
hour break. Monday - Friday. (24/7 emergency available.)
- Our half day is from either 08.00 - 12.00
or 13.00 - 17.00. Monday - Friday. (24/7 emergency available.)
- Work is generally started by entering in a contract either by a
written estimate, quotation or verbally over the telephone or in
person. Emergencies generally are by way of a verbal contract.
- A minimum cost of 1 hour will be charged for any
diagnosis work undertaken. Our half hourly rate is charged thereafter,
no guarantee can be made to diagnose the problem within the 1st hour.
- All emergency issues need to be paid to our engineer upon receipt of
our invoice. we will however allow 30 days for
payment to be made.
- Late or non payments will be dealt with by our debt collection
company and further charges will be applied. Straight disputes will be
dealt with directly with our debt collection & management team.
- Overdue accounts will be subject to interest charges of
2.5% per month.
- All prices for materials & labour will incur a VAT charge at the
current rate.
- Our vans are fully stocked with materials, if however we do not have
the correct part, any travelling time will be in your period of hire.
- A 20% surcharge is added on to any purchased materials.
- When we are starting any work, please have the area clear as any
moving of furniture etc will be in your period of hire.
- We operate a customer booking system by appointment. If you wish to
cancel any arranged appointment, please give us 24hrs notice
otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.
- On emergency work, we try our hardest to respond to and repair
within the hour. If however you are out of our area, please be patient
as we will respond in the fastest possible time.
- Viewing for quotations & estimates are generally free of charge with
no obligation. We will arrange a time convenient to you including
evenings & weekends.
